Intermediate Lessons
Our intermediate program is for those riders who have experience in English-style equitation. We specialize in hunter/jumper courses up to 2’9 ft (0.6 m) for now. From your previous riding skills, we will inform you of any corrections you should make, and help you achieve your riding or jumping goals.
What You Should Know
The intermediate level is for anyone that wishes to expand their previous knowledge of their riding skills. It is important you already know how to transition between walk, trot, and canter, as well as know how to direct the horse in multiple directions and circles. Intermediate riders commonly have experience on multiple horses of different kinds, giving the ability to control a new horse. If you do not know whether you are beginner or intermediate, call us and we will gladly assist your choice!
What You Will Learn
Through intermediate lessons, you will have the ability to learn how to ride multiple horses of different levels, as well as learn how to jump courses and obstacles of all kinds. The better you get, the higher you will be able to jump. Perfecting your jumps is about getting them right multiple times until you can do better and go higher!
